Welcome to another way to share those great books that you’re reading.  You can post a comment to this blog page and tell us about the book you’ve read.  There are a few things that you need to be sure that you include!  Use this list as your guideline for writing a book review blog to get a stamp for our reading incentive program:

  • Your first name only.
  • The title and author of your book.
  • A short summary – 3 to 4 sentences telling about the plot of your book.
  • Your opinion of the book supported by examples from the book.
  • Recommendation and support with examples from the book.
  • Try to insert a picture of the book cover – you may use Destiny, our online catalog.

Before receiving a stamp on your card, a member of our Reading Incentive Team will read your review and check to see if you’ve included all the necessary information and have supported it with sufficient detail so check over your post before you submit it to the blog.
